AC Installation
An air conditioner performs to the quality of its installation. We size on heat load, route pipework and drainage properly, pressure test, evacuate to vacuum and commission with recorded readings.
Installation standards
Brazed or correctly torqued flare joints, insulated line sets, gravity-fed condensate with a proper fall, vibration-isolated brackets and dedicated electrical supply where the DB board allows it.
Commissioning and handover
Vacuum held and verified, charge adjusted for line length, temperature split and running current recorded, then a walkthrough of filter cleaning, setpoints and warranty terms.
